We offers industrial valves for all types of cryogen services including oxygen, hydrogen, methane, ammonia, nitrogen, fluorine, LNG and others.
The design includes:
Bonnet extension with live loaded stem seal.
Body cavity relief hole in ball to prevent over-pressure due to thermal expansion.
Blow out proof stem.
Engineered material components to ensure low thermal stress.
Our cryogenic valves operate at low torque throughout the entire temperature range.

Low Body Mass. The one-piece design minimises the mass of the body and therefore makes the valve economic to use. It also provides a weight advantage, making the valve ideal for road tankers and other transportation requirements.
Ease of Operation. The unique low torque seat design and the 90 degree operation of the ball valve makes it ideal for use with both pneumatic and electric actuators with the additional benefit of rotary control if required. When manually operated, the lever provides visual indication of the valve orientation (open or closed) which is critical in the safe loading and unloading of liquid gases.
Ease of Maintenance. The 3-piece concept provides the benefit of easy maintenance through the "slide out" body method.
The ball valve operates by rotating the ball 90 degrees using a handle or actuator, which changes the alignment of the hole or passage. When the hole aligns with the inlet and outlet ports, the valve is open, allowing the fluid or gas to flow through. When the hole is perpendicular to the ports, the valve is closed, stopping the flow.
High pressure industrial ball valves are specifically designed to withstand and regulate the flow of fluids or gases under high pressure conditions, typically ranging from a few hundred to several thousand pounds per square inch (psi). These valves are constructed using robust materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, or other alloys that can handle the high pressures without leaking or failing.

When you need a forged ball valve, the fabrication process works a little differently from cast ball valves. Just like cast
valves, forged valve manufacturing begins with the design and engineering for the valve. You can choose many different design factors to suit your needs. Our team creates forged ball valves in a range of sizes, pressure classes, alloys, and trim packages. For instance, you can order our forged severe service ball valves in sizes ranging from ½" to 20" and classes from 150# to 4500# ANSI.
Once finalizing the valve design, our experts begin the fabrication process. Valve forging involves shaping metal components through mechanical forces, often using heat to make the steel more malleable. Valve bodies and internal components are all forged to provide strong, heavy duty, and reliable valves for your application.
